No movie going experience is complete without one of our famous choc tops, made by our wonderful staff on the premises, or a box of freshly cooked popcorn.

Our choc tops are made in several mouth watering flavours: Old English Toffee, Mint, Boysenberry and Chocolate and more! We also have fresh coffee on offer and a great selection of refreshments.

Access

There is a public lift to take you to the cinema which is on the first floor.

Wheelchair spaces are in prime positions in the auditorium; no need to book beforehand to make any special arrangements. Just turn up and take a space among the other seats.

A hearing loop covers all areas of the auditorium and toilets avaialbe in the foyer.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket.

By purchasing a ticket from Hamilton Cinema, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticket holders and relate to both the sale of tickets and attendance at events.

Please check the date and time on your ticket at time of purchase.

CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.
• Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or returned after purchase via the website.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

• You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where there is reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others.
• You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones)
• Ticket holders enter the venue at their own risk.
• Management reserves the right to relocate seats if deemed necessary.
• You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event.

DELIVERY OF TICKETS

When purchasing online from our website: www.hamiltoncinema.com.au the tickets are delivered directly to your email address for you to:

• Present on your device when you are being admitted
• Print at home and present at the door

For all in person ticket purchases:

• Tickets are given to you at time of purchase.
• Tickets are valid ONLY for the event day/date/time stated on the ticket.
• Tickets can be purchased in advance, subject to availability, as long as the event is on sale.

SCALPING WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

Movie tickets purchased via this Website are non-refundable and are not available for exchange, unless required by law.

A booking fee per ticket will apply to all tickets purchased via this Website.

Where allocated seating applies to a session you have the choice of choosing your own seat on the Website. Otherwise seat allocation for movie tickets purchased via this Website is on a “General Admission” basis.

You agree that Hamilton Cinema may at its discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw any movie tickets from sale via this Website.
